Responsibilities:
1. Do a good job of equipment installation and commissioning;
2. After-sales service and maintenance of the products sold by the company.
3. Pay attention to customers, maintain good communication with customers, proactively track and understand customer issues and requirements, and provide services to customers in accordance with regulations;
4. Other work matters assigned by department leaders.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, can understand basic circuit diagram;
2. Ingenious, good at communication, strong sense of service, able to bear hardships and stand hard work, and adapt to long-term business trips;
3. Assist the company's sales department to provide support for product sales, customer training, guidance, etc .;
4. Support agent engineers to provide customers with good services and provide necessary technical support for agents;
5. Update service concept, optimize service process, and improve service quality and efficiency.
